Project Management

In addition to creating the architectural drawings for spaces, Keen Design can assist clients in navigating the design process by acting on their behalf as the Project Manager. The timing and selection of vendors is crucial to meet the schedules and logistics tenants are faced with when deciding to re-design and/or relocate offices.

Keen Design can assist with the selection and bidding process of acquiring IT consultants, furniture vendors, and MEP engineers while acting as a liaison between tenant and building owner.
